The project for street safety elements was established in (28) municipalities at a total cost of (425,261.7) Jordanian dinars. It included the implementation of (220) model speed bumps to reduce vehicle speed, the planning of (69) safe pedestrian crossings, and the installation of (646) warning signs to enhance and improve traffic safety. It also included the construction of sidewalks to separate pedestrian traffic from vehicles and the installation of an iron barrier to protect vehicles from the danger of going off the road, in accordance with safety standards and local requirements. This tender aims to raise road safety standards in particular and enhance the quality of infrastructure in general. The project was implemented by Fouad and Omar Al-Duwairi & Partners Company.
