Ramtha Municipality Government Offices Complex
The building consists of seven floors: a basement level with a 1250-square-meter multi-purpose hall, a ground floor with 1250 square meters of service offices, and five identical floors containing service offices that are leased to the various government departments located throughout the new Ramtha Municipality.
The project provides a comprehensive government complex that consolidates the various government departments scattered across the municipality, thus easing the burden on citizens. The location was chosen for its central accessibility. The complex also generates additional revenue for the municipality through office rentals to other departments.
