The New Ramtha Municipality has been granted a loan from the Cities and Villages Development Bank to complete the remaining work on the government services complex building, at a total cost of 780,041 Jordanian dinars. Work is still underway, and the project is expected to be completed by February 28, 2026. This project aims to finalize the complex's readiness and operational readiness, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services to citizens.
The completed work includes civil engineering, electrical and mechanical works, final finishing touches, and the implementation of public safety systems according to approved standards. The New Ramtha Municipality will operate and manage the complex and its facilities, allocating and leasing a portion of the building to several other government departments, including the Social Security Corporation. This will contribute to consolidating government services in one location and facilitating citizen access. The project is being implemented by Hisham Al-Daraiseh Contracting Company.
