The new Talal Municipality was granted a loan from the Cities and Villages Development Bank to construct a new municipal building at a total cost of 449,000 Jordanian dinars. Of this amount, 300,000 Jordanian dinars was provided as a loan from the Cities and Villages Development Bank, with the remaining funds coming from the municipality's own budget.
The project aims to reduce the municipality's expenses related to high rents.
The completed works included civil, electrical, and mechanical works, as well as final finishing work and the implementation of public safety systems according to approved standards. The project is being carried out by Abdul Karim Al-Dala'een Contracting Establishment.
