Parties: Cities and Villages Development Bank, Ministry of Environment, and the Global Green Growth Institute
Principal Objective of the Agreement: A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at strengthening the partnership with the Institute and enhancing the Development Bank's readiness to obtain accreditation from the Green Climate Fund. The MOU aims to enable the Cities and Villages Development Bank to secure support from the Ministry of Environment to finance projects that address the impacts of climate change, better integrate these projects with national climate action plans, and build capacity for climate change mitigation and adaptation efforts.

Term: The agreement is valid for one year and is automatically renewed unless a new version of the agreement is issued or it is terminated.
